‘Sky Sports’ says it has reached a deal with ESPN to continue live NBA coverage
Sky Sports has reached an agreement with ESPN, which is set to make the live NBA stream available to its U.S. subscribers.
Sky Sports said in a statement that it has also reached a pact with ESPN and will offer the stream to its international subscribers.
ESPN’s live streaming will continue to be available to Sky customers.
Sky sports said that it expects to make an announcement soon about the stream.
Sky, which already has a partnership with ESPN that includes NBA TV, has been the first network to offer live NBA TV since the league was created in 2005.
The agreement was reached over the weekend, but ESPN was unable to reach a deal before the agreement was announced.
Sky’s deal with the network was announced in April, when it reached a $25 million deal with Turner Sports.
It had also been looking for a partner for live streaming of the game, but the agreement with Turner didn’t come to fruition.
